Vendor Pop-Ups

  • $25 per day (unless otherwise stated)

Reserve your space today. We usually run pop-ups each Saturday and other special dates. Weekday & Sunday sales options are also available. Includes:

  • 9 x 9 Floor Area (multiple spaces available)
  • Internet Access
  • Networking Opportunities
  • Indoor or Outdoor Locations

Program Room Rental

  • $150 per day (Saturdays may require an additional fee)

Over 1600 sq ft of open floor space available to be used for lots of different functions, business or private. Rental hours must include your time needed for setup and breakdown/cleanup. A $50 cleaning/damage fee is required for hourly/daily rentals.

  • Hourly Rates ($60 for the first 2 hour & $20 each additional)
  • Internet Access
  • PA System Available
  • Ability to Create a Weekly Scheduled Event (discounts available for longer term commitments)

Shared Retail Storefront Space

  • $250 per month (consignment options available)

100 to 300 sq ft ranging from $250 to $600 a month depending on availability. Contracts are month to month and do not require a deposit. Also includes:

  • Ability to Set Your Own Hours
  • Internet Access
  • Front Window Display Space
  • All Utilities Included
