Vendor Pop-Ups

  • $25 per day (unless otherwise stated)

Reserve your space today to hold your own vendor pop-up. Includes:

  • Room for 10-16 vendors inside depending on spacing
  • Outside space for up to 8 vendors depending on spacing
  • Networking opportunities
  • Internet and electrical access throughout
  • All food products must be packages and labeled

Program Room Rental

  • $150 per day (Saturdays may require an additional fee)

Over 1600 sq ft of open floor space available to be used for lots of different functions, business or private. Rental hours must include your time needed for setup and breakdown/cleanup. A $50 cleaning/damage fee is required for hourly/daily rentals.

  • Hourly Rates ($60 for the first 2 hour & $20 each additional)
  • Internet Access
  • Ability to Create a Weekly Scheduled Event (discounts available for longer term commitments)

Shared Retail Storefront Space

  • $250 per month (consignment options available)

125 to 550 sq ft ranging from $250 to $850 a month depending on availability. Contracts are month to month and require a $100 damage/cleaning deposit. Also includes:

  • Ability to Set Your Own Hours
  • Internet Access
  • Front Window Display Space
  • All Utilities Included
