Ryan’s Retail offers shared retail space and a flex space in our program room. The retail space houses products from over a dozen different local merchants and offers a home for entrepreneurs to run their own business. We utilize the program room for weekly vendor pop-ups as well as rent it for a variety of private functions, like dance & fitness classes, art shows, studio space, and more. The Spaces
We have lots of ways you can use our space! Come shop with us and support many local merchants, utilize our location to grow your own business, or join us for an art show, community activity, craft class or vendor pop-up.
Shared Storefront
We have 100-300 sq ft of retail goods/service rental depending on availability. Come in a check out a wide variety of products from over a dozen local merchants. Or reach out if you want to know how you can sell your products/services from our location. You are able to set your own days/hours if you rent shared space in the front room.
Program Space
Our program room is available for hourly/daily rental or for weekly scheduled activities. This flex space is approved for a variety of uses like dance/fitness instruction, art/craft classes, business/organizational meetings, vendor/merchant pop-ups, art/gallery space, photo studio/recording space, and other potential functions by request. Vendor Pop-Ups
We host weekly vendor pop-ups most Saturdays and other special dates. Come shop with us and support all of these amazing local entrepreneurs. We are always seeking new dedicated merchants willing to market themselves and bring customers to the building. Each merchant is responsible for their own success and if we each do the work, then we help everyone to grow their business.
